The hotel is ideally situated right at the old port, just a minute's walk to the town center, making it a beautiful and convenient location. Although the rooms were beneath our expectations, being shabby and not as depicted in the photos, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. Dining options were more akin to a motorway service station than a top-notch hotel. Overall, the hotel offers great convenience but falls short on room quality and dining experience.

The hotel room fell short of expectations considering the price paid, especially with a private pool/jacuzzi that was supposed to be 30sq meters but was affected by kitchen ventilation. On the positive side, the hotel staff showed warm hospitality and were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with luggage and room change. The location was excellent, offering a quiet stay near the old port and town center; however, the dining experience lacked variety and could be more appealing.
